Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the components in their original protective anti-static or cushioned packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our central processing warehouse; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value electronic components.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned parts, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
